Canopy Road Cafe

Not sure how I missed this place after 3 years of living down the road from it. We stopped in for breakfast and the place is small, but they pump out food fast and it was delicious. Def coming back

I was ordering through DoorDash and had an issue with The menu I called up there and spoke to Hope and Izzy they were so nice and so helpful. They fix everything for me with no problem. They made my experience amazing they were both so sweet and had amazing customer service. This is the kind of thing that makes me want to continue to Order from a restaurant so this place will have my business thanks to hope and Izzy I highly recommend this restaurant

Our server was very nice, the coffee was great, what my partner got was awesome, for me I thought my omelet (goat of the garden) was a little bland and what i mostly tasted was spinach and oil with some goat cheese flavor in a couple bites. In my opinion I would not get this again, it was 16 dollars, if I could easily make this at home with bigger portions and more flavor I dont think the price was justified, afterall breakfast food is supposed to be inexpensive for that reason. For 16 you are expecting something you couldnt get anywhere else.

The food? Chef’s kiss. The vibe? Ehh, kinda weird. That Cinnamon French Toast was straight-up dreamy — soft, sweet, and everything I hoped for. The Breakfast Quesadilla? A total flavor bomb, cheesy and satisfying. But the vibe in the café felt a little… off. Not terrible, just not as warm and inviting as I expected. I came for the food and stayed for the French toast — not the energy.

Time for something new and I think this will be our new regular when in the area. The food is excellent and at a good price.

My first time visiting here. I'm impressed that they have a really easy menu to read and choose for breakfast or lunch or something in between. I had the two-egg breakfast with grits and scrambled eggs. The server suggested the homemade biscuits and it was all good. I like that the condiment kiosk on the bar is abundantly filled with cream for coffee. I just wish they would swap out the ketchup containing high fructose corn syrup with a healthier option. God knows we need to keep our liver healthy. The corner location in the plaza offered a large number of parking spots. I also enjoyed the music playing hits from my younger days (70s & 80s). The restroom was decent but esthetically, it could use updating, especially with the handicapped rails being cleaned and polished; door handle repaired; face plate on light fixture. The base boards outside the restroom need attention also.
